Why cure BalenZ
Many weight-loss programmes rely on standard meal plans, the same for everyone, or on an app you have to fill in every day. cure BalenZ starts from the opposite idea: a programme prepared for you, from your profile, your tastes and your constraints, that you follow without having to work everything out yourself.
Our approach
- Your tastes decide: a food you score 0 never appears, your favourites come back most often.
- Your constraints matter: allergies, vegetarian or pork-free diet, meals eaten out, irregular hours.
- Someone follows you: an advisor prepares your programme, sends it to you and stays available by e-mail until your final review.
- What comes next is planned: the programme ends with a stabilisation phase, a review and guidelines to keep your results.
How we work
- A detailed questionnaire: your measurements, activity, sleep, daily constraints and your tastes, food by food.
- Your needs are calculated from these answers, then your meals are built around the foods you like.
- An advisor checks every programme before it is sent: nothing goes out without being reviewed and adapted to your situation.
- E-mail support, at your request, until your end-of-programme review.

What the programme is not
The cure BalenZ is a personalised nutritional rebalancing programme. It is neither a medical treatment nor medical advice, and does not replace a consultation with a health professional.
It is not offered to minors, to pregnant or breastfeeding women, or to people with a history of eating disorders.
