Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my programme?+
Your programme is prepared by an advisor, Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm (Paris time): allow up to two hours after your order. If you order in the evening, at the weekend or on a public holiday, you will receive it the next working morning. During busy periods our advisors also work weekends, so it may well reach you sooner. Either way, a confirmation email arrives immediately after payment.
Is this a subscription?+
No. You pay once and receive your complete programme. Nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel.
I often eat out — can this work?+
Yes. You tell us in the questionnaire, and your document adds rule-of-thumb portions for that meal (palm-sized, fist-sized) alongside the exact amounts.
What if I dislike a food?+
You rate every food from 0 to 5. Anything rated 0 is excluded for good, and you also receive swap lists to exchange a food for another in the same group.
Is it suitable for everyone?+
No, and we would rather say so: if you have a chronic condition or take regular medication, ask your doctor first. The programme is not offered to minors, to pregnant or breastfeeding women, to people with a history of eating disorders, or below a BMI of 18.5. The questionnaire checks this before any payment.
How much will I lose?+
Your document states the expected pace for your profile, usually a few hundred grams a week — a pace considered easier to sustain. It is not a guarantee: it also depends on how consistently the plan is followed.
What if my weight stalls?+
Your document includes an adjustment rule to apply after three weigh-ins without a drop. And you can always reply to the delivery email: a member of the team will answer.
Secure payment by Stripe. Your questionnaire is checked before any payment: if your profile is not suited to our service, you are not asked to pay, or you are refunded in full. Your data is only used for your order and your programme.
